- Creates and maintains accurate Customer Master Data for all customers, including, billing/shipping addresses, price files, marketing promotions, freight, initial credit-limit setup and field sales assignment.
- Validates and creates account data for new customers.
- Validates and updates account data for existing customers.
- Updates account data as required by territory realignment.
- Reviews shipping fees, making adjustments for errors caused by incorrect addresses in the system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required, plus one to two years of experience in a B2B customer service environment with a focus on office operations and data entry preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PC and email applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as independently.
- SAP experience helpful.
