    if you are currently a Sr. Analyst, you will be transferred over into a Sr. Analyst job title) Asset Management Analyst/Sr.

    Analyst Purpose Responsible for managing Tenaris Real Estate Portfolio consolidate and compile all necessary documents and information using the Asset Administration Software (ProLease).

    Manage and coordinate activities/services for our Non-operating facilities/assets and Vehicle Fleet Lease. Main Responsibilities Manage services and activities for Non-Operating facilities. Including but not limited to Lawn Maintenance, Security, and Cleanups. Gather and compile documents for Tenaris US properties in the ProLease Real Estate software.

    Partners with other departments of the company to retrieve necessary documentation and info for property sale closings and other Real Estate transactions.

    Manage on-site projects for non-operating facilities, partnering with other areas to ensure all needs and criteria are met in the most cost efficient and timely manner.

    Support the Document Storage process by scheduling site visits for pickup, as well as providing instructions to parties involved. Reporting of document storage statistics is part of the process as well.

    Acts as point of contact for vendors seeking to arrange site visits, bidding inquiries, as well as general requests for property services and projects.

    Reporting of weekly building attendants; to measure and report statistics to the HSE team and Upper Management to support tracking of attendance to show the evolution of attendance of the NAHQ.

    Coordinate trips and visits to sites in order to ensure compliance with city standards, and to be on-site for projects that require supervision.

    Work in coordination with city and government entities to address any violations or fines incurred by Tenaris facilities.

    Manage, coordinate and reporting of the Vehicle Company Fleet Service; maintain Xcelerate database of Fleet Inventory; place factory and stock unit orders, coordinate new truck deliveries; track and download monthly billings for payment processing with AP SS; Assign cost center for all units, as the main activities.

    Partners with Procurement team for bidding and vendor negotiations. Partners with the HSE team to coordinate any Environmental related projects. Partners with the Administration & Finance team to validate closing of transactions and asset identification. Remain in compliance and follow company protocol for all activities.
