NEW Histotechnician / Histotechnologist (HT / HTL) Opportunity - Southern New Hampshire
Full-Time 3rd Shift
A busy, high-volume pathology laboratory is seeking

two Histotech professionals

to join their overnight team. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented lab professionals who thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment.

Important:
These are true 3rd shift positions. Candidates must be able and willing to work overnight.
Position Overview
The Histotechnician / Histotechnologist plays a vital role in preparing high-quality tissue specimens for diagnostic interpretation. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of histology processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform embedding, microtomy, and routine H&E staining

Prepare and maintain reagents and staining solutions

Ensure proper tissue processing and slide quality

Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as needed

Follow laboratory safety procedures and quality control standards

Maintain accurate documentation and specimen tracking

Work efficiently to meet turnaround time expectations in a high-volume setting

Qualifications
HT or HTL certification (ASCP) preferred

Completion of a Histotechnology training program or equivalent experience

Experience in a clinical or pathology laboratory setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on overnight shift

Schedule
3rd Shift (Overnight)

Full-time permanent position

Must be comfortable working independently during overnight hours
