Job summary
The Level Sander is responsible for prepping all surfaces of the guitar for its final two coats of lacquer. They must be able to lift, move, and level sand a guitar in an average of 10 minutes.The primary responsibilities will include learning and executing standard operating procedures, maintaining product flow at appropriate rate, adhering to department protocols (5S and Safety), and submitting safety observations for identified hazards using the safety observation QR code.
