Position - Microsoft Dynamics 365 L2 Production Support Consultant

Location - Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid

Duration - 6+ Months

Job Description

The associate will be responsible for providing Level 2 production support.

• 3-6 years of application support experience.
• Proficient in Linux, and Windows platforms
• Proficient in RMDBS and no SQL databases
• Preferred Support experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
• Exposure to Azure production support
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities include :

• Incident and problem management.
• Cross-functional management to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• vulnerability management. Ensure vulnerabilities are reported and remediated on time.
• Release management. Support release planning, implementation, and post-production support
• Monitoring. Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with monitoring and proactive alerting.
• Incident Management. Ensure incidents are managed across teams, communicated, and resolved by SLA.
