Business Development Associate

Salary:
$75,000 - $90,000

Our client's "From Real Estate to Media Estate" is a set of solutions designed specifically for owners of choice commercial properties.

By leveraging locations with high foot traffic and by transforming unused space, our program helps property owners to create a steady stream of ancillary revenues from digital displays, digital directories, and other high-impact outdoor media formats.

They are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join their growing team.

The right candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and will report directly to the President & Chief Operating Officer.

As the Business Development Associate, your duties will include:
Searching for and identifying locations / venues / real estate partners for the Company's program
Coordinating and negotiating license agreements for the Company to secure long-term exclusive media rights

Implementing planning, deployment, and management of their media assets to accomplish the Company's objectives, strategies and action plans to advance the Company's growth.

Performing site visits and reviewing the necessary governmental requirements and processes
Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly development activities
Providing quarterly results assessments of deployments
Coordinating company resources to ensure efficient and effective deployment and maintenance of the Company's hardware and software solutions
Formulating necessary deployment policies, practices, and procedures
Holding/attending regular meetings with their technology partners and sales teams

As the Business Development Associate, your background should include :4-year university degree in Marketing or Business (preferred); or a minimum of five years of related experience or training in the real estate sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret emerging business development opportunities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite of products is required.
