A Tax Associatewill be assisting ourTax Managers onmultiple tax engagements to deliver quality service to our clients. This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Assist Management reviewing federal and state income tax returns for individuals, trusts, corporations, partnerships and exempt organizations

Maintain client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of clients' busines

Prepare tax and financial documents for multiple clients, budgets and production goals

Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and consulting opportunities

Work with Tax Managers for correspondenceto IRS and other tax authorities


Required Experience/Skills:
BS in Accounting required

CPA (Preferred)

1-2+ years prior tax experience in public accounting

Tax internship is a plus

Accounting and analytical skills

Strong computer skills:
proficiency in Tax software, Excel, Word

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Detail oriented & ability to multi-task


Compensation:
A base of $65,000-$80,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
