Job summary
The primary role of the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is to effectively and efficiently manage the daily operations of the pharmacy and the provision of professional services including general operations of the pharmacy and overseeing all medication storage preparation and distribution in the pharmacy. The PIC ensures thatthe pharmacy provides optimal services meets all legal accreditationand certification requirementsand complies with all applicable laws policies procedures codesand standards of practice.- Must be a licensed Pharmacist in South Carolina
- A Master of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree is required
- Must have five years retail pharmacy experienceand a minimum two years pharmacy management experienceBLS certification is required.
