Job summary
The Research & Knowledge Services (RKS) Coordinator works closely with the Marketing & Business Development's team of research professionals to provide a high level of support for the firm's legal and business research initiatives.This role utilizes internal and external information sources to track new opportunities, organize and maintain data in team databases, and collaborate with team members to provide business generation research support for individual consultants, practice groups, and the firm.
Manages the client litigation alert process. Responsible for all aspects of this monthly process of generating, annotating and sharing reports,
and all related vendor consultant RKS communication.
Supports business generation tracking including updating court dockets identifying case details notifying consultants entering maintaining records in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
