    Staff Physician Job Description

    We are hiring a Staff Physician to join our geriatric practice at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living, a 120-acre continuing care retirement community in Silver Spring, Maryland.

    About the Role:

    This is an opportunity to work with a growing physician-led team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our senior living community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide medical care to residents of Riderwood Village, including diagnosing and treating medical conditions, ordering tests and treatments, and developing treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in geriatric medicine.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive compensation package, including $168,000 - $212,000 per year (Base + Bonus + Incentive)
    • Signing bonus available
    • Full malpractice coverage

    • Professional dues reimbursement

    Requirements:

    • Medical degree from an accredited program
    • Completion of primary care residency program, Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
    • Minimum 3 years of medical practice experience
    • Preferrably candidates with geriatric fellowship training
