    Job Title: District Sales Director

    We are seeking a fearless sales leader to lead our team in California, specifically the Bay Area.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and management, with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

    Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year, including base salary and estimated first-year commission, plus bonus structure based on revenue milestones.

    About the Job

    The District Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of Territory Sales Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while promoting PW assets and services.
    • Identify, build, and maintain relationships within our PW community to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Travel with territory sales managers to customer meetings and attend industry events to identify top prospects and clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Five plus (5+) years of professional selling experience in service or equipment-related industry.
    • Three plus (3+) years of sales management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, High School diploma or GED required.

    Working Settings:

    • Full-time Salaried Exempt, not eligible for overtime.
    • Flexibility in schedule and ability to work outside of standard business hours.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive salary paid bi-weekly.
    • Bonus structure based on revenue milestones.
    • Company vehicle provided.
    • Health, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
    • 401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.
