Premier printing and converting company in Nevada is searching to hire Production Supervisors for 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing personnel on shift along with personnel in other production departments with no on duty supervisor.
• Schedule employees and equipment to maximize production output.
• Supervise quality and on-time production of personalized products.
• Ensure that Continuous Improvement Practices are adhered to and monitored.
• Work closely with production department managers to ensure jobs are meeting and/or exceeding manufacturing objectives.
• Work closely with operators to ensure production and quality levels are being met and assist with any production issues.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages development and learning.
• Ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years' leadership experience in personalization, binding, and or finishing operations or similar fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record using Lean Mfg. or Continuous Improvement Practices in a manufacturing environment to improve efficiencies and reduce waste and down times.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills.
• Excellent employee relationship mentoring and team building experience.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• PC proficient.
