The Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) is seeking a Chief People Officer to serve as the agency's senior executive leader for workforce strategy, organizational health and people systems.This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to shape how a large mission-driven public agency supports develops and sustains its workforce.
As a core member of DCYF Executive Leadership Team and Leadership Table the CPO sets direction for people strategy while serving as trusted advisor to executive leadership.
