    Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and dynamic professionals to be part of its growing team. At VOAOHIN, we are focused on assisting individuals in need to rebuild their lives and achieve their maximum potential.

    • The Resident Monitor role involves:
      • Monitoring the activities of veteran residents
      • Ensuring compliance with program rules
      • Keeping a clean, safe, and orderly facility
      • Ensuring safe custody and accountability of all clients

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • One year of related field experience
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Demonstrated positive leadership skills
    • Ability to remain composed in crisis situations
    • Experience in a residential setting is a plus
