- Graduate of nurse anesthetist program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Education and possesses a graduate degree
- RN anesthetist, CPR, ACLS certification
- PALS certification a plus

- Start Date Commencement Bonus $75K/3 year commitment
