    The Services Organization in Citi is transforming into data and analytics driven organization through the Data Governance and Self-Service analytics strategy. Our mission is to empower business with good quality data, and it begins with building a strong data foundation.

    We are seeking an experienced professional with experience in data management. Specific experience in collaborating with 3rd parties to implement Data Classification and standards adherence at scale. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data lifecycle management, meta data management, data quality assurance and regulatory compliance requirements. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing robust data governance frameworks, processes, and procedures to support our strategic objectives to inventory, catalog, classify data and create a transparent view of inventory attributes such as ownership and sensitivity indicators.

    Technical Skills: Services Data management Lead role will entail the following responsibilities.
    • This a very hand on role with deep experience on data platform build, API experience and applying data science for data discovery. It is not a program management role.
    • Bring together Services data inventory across 1200+ applications and lead data store registration & governance, data catalog, data privacy, and access management to drive expansion our data lake as a Trusted Data Source with meaningful Business data catalog with enhanced controls.
    • Ensure data catalog is established and in sync with data at rest and transit.
    • Lead data management product roadmaps, product development, program launches, and program marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product area, as well as survey and analyze data producer and product owner feedback to the process.
    • Implement third party solutions and create a graph view of the ownership, data sensitivity and full view of the data landscape.
    • Engage broadly with the organization to identify, prioritize, frame, and plan data stores to register and configure in the data management product.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, catalog, controls and ultimately visualizations in the 3rd party solution.
    • Will also lead development and expansion of partnerships in the data ecosystem to create innovative and turn-key solutions to use the data for AI/ML and GenAI.
    • Implement GENAI use cases on the data and help integrated the technology into products and services.
    • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership on data ecosystem, completeness of business data availability and help drive self-service analytics culture in the organization.
    • Management will look to this person to be an evangelist for the developing data marketplace.

    • Proven experience in creating and executing Data Strategy at a large organization.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
    • Provides proper direction, support, affirmation and recognition to members or teams as necessary.
    • Effectively delegates tasks to team members and partner teams.
    • Ability to lead and drive strategy of the organization in Data and Analytics.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership and self-direction while working through business problems.
    • Exceptional technical skillset in AI/ML with the ability to coordinate competing priorities.
    • Effectively understand fundamental business problems and have the ability to redefine the problems for business growth.
    • Ability to push boundaries / widen the scope of possibilities with data and use cases.
