This role will be responsible for starting up the new site location and long-term responsibility of all site operations.

Lead the site operations of the Farrar Cold Storage equipment manufacturing product line, ensuring daily fulfillment of customer requirements.
Supervise and inspire a dynamic team comprising operations, materials management, and manufacturing engineering personnel.
Strategically allocate human and material resources to align with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP).
Mentor teams to foster continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Facilitate seamless collaboration and coordination among departments, including materials, engineering, and quality assurance.
Uphold adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards by maintaining robust processes, procedures, and standard work protocols.
Enforce rigorous compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols and procedures.
Implement and oversee quality control measures and tracking systems to meet defined quality benchmarks.
Drive enhancements to the production process through strategic analysis and implementation of best practices.
Regularly assess and evaluate staff performance, initiating corrective actions and improvement strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years of Operations Experience
Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
Knowledge of raw materials, quality systems and standards.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
Knowledge of process improvement techniques (Lean).

Total Target Compensation:
Range is $100,000 - $130,000
