    In-Person/Remote. Must live in Indiana.

    Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive whole health services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

    Position Summary

    The Supervisor of Assessment services will facilitate, coordinate and evaluate the clinical services, operation and efficiency of Assessment Services. Since this position oversees staff that are key in the first impression of Aspire, this role has an essential role in ensuring a warm, clear, efficient and collaborative engagement approach and environment. This position will provide supervision to assigned staff, maintaining good communication and ensuring quality of services and documentation while supporting Aspires mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. This position will consistently communicate with their Director and the Manager of Intake Services to ensure congruence in the management of the team and coordinate services with other departments to ensure the highest quality of client care. The Assessment Services team will ensure clients ability to access needed services when requested. Not only will this role be responsible for overseeing Assessment Technicians, they will also be able to step in to help cover this role as needed. Must be flexible in providing assessments services via video conference, telephonically, and in-person at one of Aspires Outpatient offices.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelors degree and two (2) years of related experience or an Associates degree and five (5) years of related experience from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
    • One (1) year supervisory experience and/or leading a team required
    • Experience in clinical assessments required
    • Experience with Crisis Intervention highly preferred
    • Knowledge of community resources, referral processes, social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) and risk assessments preferred

    • Must have excellent collaboration and supervisory skills, and exceptional soft skills, such as relationship-building, team building, interpersonal communication, problem solving, listening, negotiation, diplomacy
    • Must be able to demonstrate the effective use of Aspires Electronic Health Record (EHR)
    • Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
    • Must have reliable transportation to transport self and/or others, oversee programming and/or attend trainings and/or meetings
