    As our Sustainability Manager, you will work as part of the operating team on sustainability matters that relate to the fitout, opening, and ongoing operations of the Village.

    What you will be doing

    • Oversee and manage sustainable obligations pertaining to: brand interior design, brand interior construction, ongoing brand operations.
    • Oversee and manage organization and completion of project record for brand interior fitout including: approved designs, approved materials and operations and maintenance information.
    • Manage sustainability in landlord areas.
    • Key Member of Asset Team bridging sustainable responsibilities between Retail Development Team (RDT), Operations, and Retail.
    • Responsible for managing the RDT review of sustainable commitments in brand design and brand contractors' delivery of brand space.
    • Responsible for maintaining Design Construction Manual, Sustainability Handbook and checklist in accordance with evolving compliance and minimum standards.
    • Responsible for verifying brand design and constructed space meets sustainable objectives of Belmont Park Village.
    • Working with Brand Operational Environment. Safety & Governance (ESG) Protocol Panel
    • Act as a point of contact of sustainability for the BPV Village Retail Development team and external sustainability consultants.
    • Accurate data collection and filing for ease of retrieval for external stakeholders (APG / Gresb / BREEM, etc.).
    • Responsible for developing a library of best practice processes and best in class specifications.
    • Create and manage a dashboard document as an overview of brand sustainability performance and deliverables in BPV
    • Own the sustainability checklist of the Retail Development Team and ensure the team to make it more user friendly by looking at web-based solutions
    • Review and integrate sustainability documents from other departments when required
    • Manage "process" more than projects
    • Manage the sustainability checklist process supporting the project managers with their brand counterparts
    • Manage the SharePoint filing system for the collection and organization of all data and specifications

    • Degree education or relevant qualification is preferrable
    • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
    • Experience in / Understanding of sustainability within the retail and construction industry
    • Understanding and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MRI
    • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with experience in preparing reports
    • Able to work well with all levels across the business and customers with a creative and open-minded capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
    • Organized, methodical and structured in approach and execution of work
    • Agile and flexible
    • Resourceful and persuasive
    • Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
    • Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European languages beneficial
