    What We're Looking ForBanner Engineering has an opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work within a multidisciplinary team striving to maintain, improve, and design products within their discipline.

    Duties and ResponsibilitiesDocumenting product specifications, generating concept ideas, and leading concept selectionPerforming qualification tests to ensure conformance to specificationsDeveloping details designs and documentation including tolerance analysis for collaboration with suppliers in the DFM ProcessResolving part and process issues by working with production engineering, manufacturing, and suppliersWorking with global suppliers on qualifying mechanical parts made with a variety of processes.
