    The Opportunity

    This position will be located at our Roseville, Minnesota office. As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

    The Senior Training Coordinator , is an integral part of the Operations Engineering team at the Roseville Distribution Center. This position helps onboard new employees and works to ensure that all team members receive and complete relevant training in a timely manner. Working with the site leadership team the Training Coordinator reports on status and helps to improve current training and relevant processes. This position also supports employee communications, engagement and development, site event planning, and general project management.

    What You'll Work On

  • Site learning management system administrator working with leadership team to ensure employees are trained on relevant work instructions and assignments.
  • Understands site training needs, keeps informed of best practices within industry and develops best practice training system for personnel on site.
  • Manage site onboarding and orientation process.
  • Create and update relevant reporting.
  • Identifies, develops and implements projects and processes to improve training quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve problems within learning management system as identified by team members.
  • Leads sitewide event planning for things such as site picnic, team lunches, employee giving campaign, and diversity events.
  • Maintains site communication plan and postings in break room.
  • Leads focus groups to gain critical feedback from team members.
  • Assist with project management.
  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelors Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years equivalent work experience in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution or Warehousing or planning. Able to read and understand English, perform math calculations, interpret data from tracking and trending metrics analysis. Knowledge of warehousing/shipping transportation/logistics/planning needed to understand work flows, critical needs and to provide adequate direction to floor personnel. Must possess an in department knowledge of warehousing/distribution functions which include receiving, storage and retrieval of commodities. Must have good working knowledge of AMM system and warehouse floor control systems. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Must have good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to analyze and problem solve to resolve floor issues in a timely manner. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Must have knowledge of GMP, FDA and ISO regulations as well as IATA and DOT regulations. Must have good working knowledge of quality systems and metrics.

  • Knowledge of systems (LMS, Windchill, PowerBI)
  • Prior medical device experience preferred
  • SAP experience
  • Associates degree or higher
