Analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimatesto gather necessary information Client Details Our client has over 50+ years in the industry within Maine, building a strong reputation and fostered long-standing relationships by adhering to their values.
They have recently expanded their services and geographic outreach. Analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost estimatesEvaluating and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes
Conducting value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality
Assisting in project cost control and budget management
A successful Construction Project Manager should have the following:
~ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, related, or similar experience
~5+ years of experience with with a diverse project background including ground up health care construction, K-12, Higher education, or other commercial
~ Ability to breakdown construction operations into a logical sequence of activities creating construction schedules
~ Healthcare + dental plan
~Training
