Overview:
The individual in this position is responsible to collaborate and oversight with the CFO/COO on the Human Resource aspects of the company and the accompanying Business Operations activities and functions which support the daily operation of the business.
What you will be doing:
ON/OFF BOARDING &
RECRUITING:
Conduct personnel on/off boarding and reallocation administration and compliance (through collaboration with the Recruiting and Engineering Ops teams)
Manage /Administer the requirements and tools for new personnel training requirements to meet HR and client program requirements
Perform and/or oversight recruiting activities for business personnel positions (create Job Descriptions,
sourcing/recruiting
activities using our applicant management SW, make appropriate recommendations, etc)
Oversight Referral Bonus initiatives
DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT:
Oversee and manage integrity of employee data and documents/records (soft and hard copy employee docs) utilizing excel
Manage HR legal documents (hiring docs/ compliance docs/ procedural docs/ benefits docs) and revisions (for employees and Independent Contractors)
Administer/ track weekly work product progress reports/ coordinate with PM's accordingly
BENEFITS MANAGEMENT:
Health Benefits Renewals and management of open enrollment (Oct 1 renewal date)
Oversight and/or audit the coordination and updates of benefit portals when employees become/lose eligibility
401k plan Administration, YE annual filings and audits, compliance, document management
POLICIES-PROCEDURES-PRACTICES:
Craft /revise appropriately company HR policies, procedures, working day to day protocols for the efficiency of the business
Ensure that RTC HR policies, procedures and protocols are complied with, manage exceptions accordingly
Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions; document investigations notes
CULTURE:
Collaborate on strategies to further develop the representation of our company's culture on social media (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Collaborate and execute team building
activities/initiatives
Perform HR compliance Audits as needed - I9, documentation management, BC/DT compliance, various state compliance, etc.
Other HR or Recruiting duties as needed and assigned
What you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
10+ Years relevant and proven work experience in a corporate environment in dedicated senior HR
Management/Director
role with same level of responsibilities in HR, Benefits and Recruiting
10+ Years relevant experience with Human Resource administration and compliance
Experience with assessment, comparisons, decisions, implementation oversight, deployment training of HRIS system a HUGE PLUS
PHR Certification Required (active)
SPHR Certification a PLUS (active)
Extensive knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws and business best practices
Extensive knowledge of Health Benefits and 401k plan administration guidelines
Extensive knowledge of disciplinary investigations and documentation
Strong experience in researching, writing and assessing Policies and Procedures for HR, Benefits, Recruiting
Intermediate=>Advanced user of MS Word, MS Outlook
Intermediate=>Advanced user of MS Excel
