You may have heard the old saying the fastest way to someones heart is through their stomach and at The Peninsula Club, we believe this to be 100 percent true. Though culinary teams are traditionally referred to as back of the house, we believe our culinary team is at the heart of our food and beverage operation.

A dining experience at The Peninsula Club is truly like no other due to the incredibly talented, passionate and creative individuals on our culinary team. Whether theyre prepping, grilling, baking or garnishing, each and everyone one of our Line Cooks play a starring role in crafting a unique culinary experience for our members, their families and guests.

Previous culinary experience
