Job summary
The Occupational Therapist plans an occupational therapy (OT) program to meet specific goals for restoration of function.Assesses maximum abilities for adjustment to limitations in cases of strength coordination range of motion levels of independence in activities of daily living emotional stability and behavioral changes.
Supervises assigned supportive personnel participates in patient discharge planning documents pertinent information communicates verbally with staff patients and families participates in educational activities supports departmental operations and performs special responsibilities/projects.
