This is a full-time, direct placement role at Legend Mechanical, Inc.

Your objective is to help accomplish the sales and operations goals for Legend Companies by facilitating the successful delivery of assigned projects to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. You will be tasked with continually pursuing new avenues of profitable revenue generation by leveraging existing business relationships, developing new relationships, and providing fair and responsible budgets, bids, and estimates to obtain revenue for Legend Companies. You will be responsible for providing delivery of a project from initial sale to final closure.

Essential Duties

• Lead by Example.
• Maintain a Sense of Urgency and an internal drive to be successful.
• Understand collective company-wide goals as well as departmental and individual goals and strive to meet and exceed individual goals.
• Maintain existing customer base while acting as point person for all projects falling within that portfolio.
• Work to develop new and strategic customers at all times.
• Provide accurate bids and estimates for potential projects in a timely manner.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key personnel at all levels of an organization.
• Ensure that all projects are completed correctly, delivered on time, and within budget.
• Work directly with the sales team to review quotes, bids, budgets, and scope of work.
• Be involved in the project from the planning stages, during production, and provide follow up after delivery.
• Maintain schedules and work with Director of Construction ensure adequate manpower to deliver the highest levels of quality.
• Order, track, and coordinate equipment.
• Provide detailed projections to the Director of Sales and Director of Construction, as required.
• Communicate relevant information to all team members: change in schedule dates, requirements, etc.
• Create and maintain an awareness and acceptance of Legend's mission, vision, and values.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures for Legend Companies.

Requirements

• Have minimum 3-5 years of design-build commercial mechanical industry experience
• Retain up-to-date knowledge base through personal and professional development.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, Word docs, etc
• High level of communications skills required, both written and oral.
• Previous project management/sales experience preferred.

Salary Description

$125,000 - $300,000
