Our client is a is a global industry leading supplier with locations worldwide, offering a wide range of products with extensive and diverse capabilities allowing them to service a broad range of markets and industries, building relationships with the leading companies in their respective sectors.

They have asked our firm to help them identify a highly promotable Quality Manager to coach and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and inspectors supporting a $25M manufacturing facility with expectations to grow to $40M over the next 4 years.

The right individual will be a collaborative leader, sharing best practices from the shop floor to peers and senior leadership.

Salary expectations for this role will vary based on experience, however, will likely be in the $120K to $140K range plus 20% bonus.

Responsibilities and Experience:
Bachelor s Degree
Engineering Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, ensure all employees are trained to perform their roles effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,
Identify and implement KPIs needed to manage and improve QA. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make independent judgments and decisions in product reliability.
