Client Service RepresentativeOur established, successful digital printing & marketing services company is looking for an energetic &passionate Front Counter CSR.

This is a full time onsite Monday-Friday position.
The candidate MUST have some form of client-facing experience.

You must have strong computer skills,strong communication skills, a great phone voice, excellent grammar (written and verbal) & the ability towork with numerous customers at a time.

You will work along side other CSRs to help customers with pricing, printing, file setup & work withproduction to schedule jobs.

Daily Duties Include:

• Answering Phones
• Responding to customers via phone & email
• Estimating jobs for customers
• Working with customers at the front counter
• Assisting customers with paper, binding & finishing options

Working with other employees/managers to ensure accurate pricing & customer satisfactionJob Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent written & verbal English skills
• Superb phone voice with excellent grammar & manners
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Flexible attitude with ever-changing deadlines
