    Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18 for handling kitchen equipment
    • Preferred, but not required, previous experience in kitchens / culinary arts
    • Proficiency with kitchen tools such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens
    • Ability to work various shifts

    Job Description: Our kitchens are fast-paced, professional establishments with scratch preparation. We seek line and prep cooks who grasp the importance of food presentation and quality. Our restaurants often feature open kitchen layouts, offering visibility from the dining area. Effective coordination among team members, including assemblers, expediters, and management staff, is vital. This role involves ensuring accurate food preparation based on recipes and company standards, alongside maintaining a hygienic work area. Adherence to sanitation procedures is crucial. Responsibilities also encompass opening and closing tasks related to cleanliness.
