    As a strategy consultant on our team, you'll e nga ge with clients at the senior level to help them to understand their organization and crystallize their goals.

    You'll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client's objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside.

    From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization and the multiple paths they can take to modernize.

    You Have:

    3+ years of experience working with leadership or project management in a professional or military environment
    Experience designing and implementing business strategies within the intelligence community
    Experience e nga ging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients
    Ability to create and present senior-level briefings and reports
    Ability to c ond uct research and analysis on industry best practices, including implementation of business processes in a mission environment
    TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
    HS diploma or GED

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
