- Three to Five years' experience as a Finance Director in a hotel/resort.
- General ledger and month-end closing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Hotel and Accounting software.

Job Overview
The Director of Finance will collaborate with the General Manager and Hotel Leaders to oversee finance responsibilities. This role involves directing accounting functions, ensuring timely reporting of results, and upholding the integrity of the information system.
