In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands, creating the opportunity to globally grow both brands together.
    Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking a B2C Ecommerce Intern to join our team and support our continued growth. This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Business Systems and will work in our Katy, Texas office.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Supporting the ecommerce team by improving business insights using Shopify + Power BI. This is hands-on and business-focused: reporting + execution support + recommendations.
    General Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain a weekly ecommerce performance scorecard in Power BI
    • Analyze key KPIs: Seasonal Index revenue, top SKUs, discount/promo impact etc
    • Use Python for data cleanup, Machine algorithms, feed
    Deliverables
    • Power BI Ecommerce Dashboard (weekly & monthly views, trend lines, top products, promo performance, seasonal plays
    • Funnel + cohort insight report:
      • biggest drop-offs, top drivers, actionable recommendations
    • Promo/campaign recap playbook:
      • what worked, what didn't, next actions for future promos
    Tools / Tech used
    • Power BI
    • Python (optional, for analysis automation)
    Skills gained
    • Ecommerce KPI management + performance reporting
    • Shopify merchandising operations
    • Data storytelling and decision support
    • Cross-functional collaboration (marketing, operations, customer service)

    The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualification and experiences:
    • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
    • Coursework related to the internship role (Business, Marketing, Analytics, CIS, or related)
    • Comfortable with spreadsheets; interest in ecommerce operations and KPIs
    • Python for data analysis with ML algorithms
    • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
    To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
    • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in tools or software relevant to the role (Microsoft Office, Power BI exposure or strong willingness to learn
    • Shopify familiarity (admin, products, collections, tags)
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
