As a customized solution provider and by working through a vast network of distributors, we quickly and efficiently serve many end use markets, including food service, healthcare, agriculture, commercial properties, manufacturing, education, governmental agencies and more.

We are growing and looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team

Oversee and manage all maintenance operations in the manufacturing facility.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity and efficiency of equipment.
Supervise the repair and maintenance of all machinery and equipment, including film extrusion machinery and flexible packaging machines.
Coordinate with production team to schedule maintenance activities without hampering the production process.
Ensure that all safety regulations are strictly followed during maintenance operations.
Train and guide the maintenance team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary equipment and parts.
Regularly inspect machinery and equipment to identify any signs of malfunctions or wear and tear.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of film extrusion and flexible packaging machines.
In-depth knowledge of polyethylene and its applications in the manufacturing industry.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of machinery and equipment.
Ability to manage a maintenance budget and resources effectively.
Relevant certifications and qualifications in mechanical or industrial engineering would be advantageous.
