    Specialty Recruiter Human ResourcesLocation: Maury Regional Center in Columbia, TN

    Position Shift:
    FT 8a-430p M-F

    Position Summary:
    To source candidates and create strong talent pipelines for MRHs current and future hiring needs. Coordinates the marketing, sourcing, and management of online MRH profiles of talent related websites. Sources and connects with candidates for hard to fill positions through various channels. In coordination with the Talent Acquisition Team develops long-term recruiting strategies and nurtures trusting relationships with potential hires.


    Credentials / Education:
    2 Year Related experience RequiredHigh School Diploma or Equivalent PreferredBachelors Degree Preferred
