- Maintains Applicant Tracking System for company ensuring all open positions are posted and filled in a timely manner.
- Utilizes new and creative ways to recruit for hard to fill positions. Maintains a talent pool of qualified candidates to anticipate future needs.
- Leads recruiting efforts for multiple locations including phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, offer submissions, etc.
- Coordinates with managers to determine current needs and anticipate future recruiting needs.
- Attends recruiting events such as job fairs.
- Oversees onboarding for all employees in appropriate timelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to understand and work with complex processes
- Detail-orientated, organizational and planning and problem-solving skills
- A self-starting, independent work ethic
- Ability to work with technology and learn new systems and processes
- Full-Time, 40-hours per week (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm)
