    A pioneering organization in the manufacturing industry is actively seeking a results-driven IT Operations Manager to supervise and innovate our technology infrastructure based primarly out of their Philadelphia, PA manfuacturiing facility. This role is designed for an individual with a strategic vision and the determination to grow into a future directorial role.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Lead the IT department's operational strategy, emphasizing team empowerment, performance excellence, and effective resource management.
    • Develop and implement robust IT policies, ensuring the highest levels of system security and data integrity.
    • Work closely with executive management to ensure IT strategies are perfectly aligned with business goals, spearheading technological innovation.
    • Administer the maintenance and enhancement of our ERP systems, with a particular focus on Epicor, to guarantee peak performance and user satisfaction.
    • Provide expert-level support to resolve technical issues swiftly and maintain uninterrupted system operations.
    • Manage pivotal IT projects, championing from the blueprint phase through to successful implementation, upholding strict standards of quality and efficiency.
    • Stay informed of the latest technological advancements, advocating for updates and enhancements that optimize business operations.
    • Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration within the IT department and throughout the organization.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
    • Minimum of 6 years in IT management, with manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
    • In-depth expertise with Epicor ERP systems is essential for this role.
    • Knowledgeable about cloud-based solutions, ERP integration, and web system management.
    • Competent in overseeing wireless networks within an industrial context and eager to address the unique challenges it presents.
    • Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, enhancing business intelligence capabilities.
