- Negotiate and administer contracts with the federal government and prime contractors.
- Negotiate and administer subcontracts and assist with subcontractor management.
- Review and negotiate teaming agreements, contracts, and subcontracts to ensure Company objectives are achieved.
- Develop detailed Cost/Price proposals for all relevant contract types.
- Monitor and report on contract execution (including deliverables and financials).
- BA/BS in a business or related field and 5 years relevant experience contracts management. Experience can be substituted for degree.
- Experience with negotiation and management of DoD Services contracts is required. SeaPort NxG experience is preferred.
- Experience with all contract types, including cost plus, fixed price, T&M, and incentive fee is desired.
- Experience as both a contracts administrator and subcontract administrator in a DoD environment is desired.
- Thorough knowledge of the FAR and DFARS is required.
- Ability to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team is required.
- Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills are required.
- Eligibility for DoD SECRET clearance is required.
