SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to real projects that help drive our company's growth.
JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and marketing opportunities.
· Collaborate with team members to create and schedule promotional materials and marketing content across multiple platforms including social media, newsletters, and company website.
· Analyze data from marketing campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies.
· Utilize marketing tools such as HubSpot to streamline marketing campaigns.
· Participate in the organization of company events and trade shows.
· Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in learning more.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with social media platforms, (LinkedIn and Instagram), and digital marketing tools (HubSpot) is preferred.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

· Physical and Environmental Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
· Work environment includes front-office and manufacturing. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
