    Description

    Manage te full project lifecycle on initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of Project Management experience (Healthcare industry preferred, and PMP or PMI preferred)
    • 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud experience (Salesforce Admin Certification required)
    • Understanding of Apex, LWC, Aura Components
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and limits. Expertise in data modeling, management, and security
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with project managers, and developers
    • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using middleware tools and APIs (preferably Mulesoft)
    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform, relevant best practices and experience managing complex Salesforce environments including 3rd party apps
    • Analytical with a strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Resourceful and motivated self-starter who can work relatively independently
