What You'll Be Doing:
Present and educate homeowners on premium flooring solutions
Identify needs and deliver personalized, five-star shop-at-home experiences
Achieve a 50%+ close rate while helping customers feel confident in their decisions
Participate in ongoing sales training and receive personalized coaching to sharpen your skills
