    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Albuquerque, NM. This role requires flexibility, strong teamwork skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced hospital environment.


    Requirements:
    Active New Mexico RN license or compact license
    BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
    At least one prior 13-week travel assignment required
    Must be flexible and able to float within the facility and to local locations within 20 miles

    Preferred Qualifications:
    EPIC experience (training available on-site)

    Responsibilities:
    Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
    Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
    Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
    Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
    Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel as needed
    Complete required unit competencies and education
