- Provide live technical support for SSO, REST API, SQL
- Coordinate new and existing projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate interactions between multiple teams e.g. Product, Engineering, Partner Manager, Technical support etc.
- Support critical processes - integration, implementation, UAT, and ongoing support
- Handle all internal and external communication, and provide status on issues and reporting
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation such as process guides, JIRA tickets, SalesForce tickets etc.
- BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of API architecture, integration technologies such as Single Sign On (SSO)
- Skilled in SQL and NOSQL databases
- Hands on experience with swagger, APIs, authentication methods
- Experience in AWS or other cloud platform a plus
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, on and offshore, and be willing to roll up your sleeves and execute

- Experience in Online Banking Platforms, Loan Origination Systems
- Familiarity with Big Data analytics platforms such as QuickSight, Tableau
- The Annual Base salary for this position will be between $105,000.00 and $120,000.00 based upon experience
