- Attend all customer technical discussions/design/development meetings and provide technical inputs to further enhance the code quality/process.
- Provide guidance/support/training to other junior/mid-level staff.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience.

- Proven experience with PostgreSQL Community Edition.
- *** Selected candidate must reside within two (2) hours of Woodlawn, MD
- *** Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site at least 2 days a week.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Senior Level knowledge of PostgreSQL Community Edition.
- Senior Level knowledge of PostgreSQL recovery and high availability.
- Strong experience installing, maintaining, and documenting PG in an RedHat Linux environment.
- Experience with GIT/BitBucket, Jira, and Confluence or similar tools
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of database techniques and best practices.
- Experience with Ansible automation and best practices.
- Proven work in DevOps Environment.
- Experience working on Agile projects and understanding Agile terminology.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement
