Overview

The Learning Management Systems Integrator will join a team of employees who are supporting the implementation of a new Navy Learning Management System (Waypoints) that is built within the Cornerstone Talent Experience Platform. The Integrator will work to support the mission of implementing a centralized learning management system to be used by Navy civilian employees.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to "onboard" new users to the Waypoints platform.
Develop and refine an onboarding checklist that will be used by new organizational users of Waypoints.
Establish and maintain test environments within Waypoints to support the onboarding process.
Test new functionality in staging environments of Waypoints and provide feedback to the development team.
Maintain a list of all tasks required by each onboarding organization that must be completed prior to "going live."
Create learning assignments and support development of learning curriculums for new users. This will include developing and delivering customized training sessions and hands-on workshops.
Manage Waypoints system access permissions.
Support development of written materials that will support usage of Waypoints by employees from across the Navy.
Develop and deliver communications briefings to senior leadership on topics such as Waypoints implementation status and the benefits of using Waypoints.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with Cornerstone required.
Cornerstone certification preferred.
Instructional Design experience preferred.
5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Eligibility for Secret Clearance required.
US Citizenship required.
