    ?? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the HR Business Partner. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and CFO in various strategic functions, with a focus on human resources, talent acquisition and retention.

    ? Key Responsibilities:

    • and implement human resource strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    • talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives. Focusing on management and engineering roles.

    ??Qualifications:

    • degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.
    • 5-7 years experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of two years experience at the HR Manager level.
