Prequel is seeking candidates for a Senior Financial & Compliance Analyst with a reputable and growing company in the Cary, IL area. This is a full-time position working onsite in Cary and includes a competitive salary, full retirement and health benefits along with the opportunity for growth.

Company is going through a process of moving from private to public entity following acquisition from a large public company in Europe. This position will help build out internal financial controls and reporting framework of the organization. Responsibilities will include:

• Reporting and Analysis of Sales and company financial metrics
• Create, document, test and review of internal financial controls
• Monthly/Quarterly forecasts
• Ad-hoc analysis and projects and more.

Seeking candidates with a mix of the following skills and experience.

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience focused on internal financial controls and FP&A functions
• Bachelors degree in finance/accounting
• Experience working with Manufacturing organizations, Public Organizations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
