    Job title: Physical Therapist

    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to become an integral part of our healthcare team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide top-notch patient care while working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate patients' conditions and create customized treatment plans
    • Conduct therapeutic exercises and manual therapy sessions
    • Implement best-practice treatment protocols and track patient progress
    • Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided
    • Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation methods and home exercise routines
    • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
    • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
    • Create a safe and supportive environment for patients
    • Utilize various therapeutic tools and equipment
    • Participate in team meetings and care coordination discussions

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
    • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
    • CPR certification
    • A minimum of one year of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
    • In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
    • Exceptional understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
    • Proven record of maintaining accurate patient documentation
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions and solve problems
    • Physical stamina and manual dexterity to assist patients with exercises
    • Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
