- Request historical data from advisor or client and review layout as necessary.
- Determine system hierarchy requirements and integrate into CRM.
- Coordinate claims extracts with all vendors.
- Validate eligibility files and post go-live extracts.
- Manage data sharing policies and Non-Disclosure Agreements with vendors.
- Support other client projects and contribute to team goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of vendor management experience.
- Proficiency in PC skills such as Microsoft Office.
- Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm, CST-Remote.

The Fire Extract Analyst, Client Operations Role
This role calls for a highly motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years of successful vendor management experience. The responsibilities include working closely with brokers, consultants, and clients to oversee various projects, such as transitioning clients to EpiphanyRx, introducing new services/programs, and refining vendor relations. Building strong relationships with EpiphanyRx vendors and clients is crucial to ensure trust and seamless meeting of their needs.
