    Entry level position assisting the Accounting Department with account receivable/payables, monitors email databases and uses current software system to service insured accounts.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Daily Cash Receipt Entry
    • Prepare and maintain invoicing
    • Manage email databases
    • Prepare collection reports and assist with collection process - emails & calls
    • Payable Reconciliations
    • Qualifications/Competencies:

    • Ability to multitask/work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Great written and verbal communication skills

      Education/Experience:

      Must understand accounts receivable/payables; at least 1 year accounting experience preferred.

      Language Ability:

      Ability to communicate both orally an in writing on an above average level. Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to deal comfortably and professionally with all levels of personnel.

      Reasoning Ability:

      Ability to work well under pressure, work independently and adjust to changing priorities.

      Computer Skills:

      Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications - Email, Word & Excel
