- Registered Professional Nurse with a valid state licensure, preferably with a BSN.
- Minimum of twelve (12) months of nursing experience.
- At least six (6) months of experience in caring for patients with kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including dialysis.
- Compliance with all state/licensing requirements.
- Preferably three to five years of experience in clinical and facility management related to ESRD.
- Hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and current CPR Certification.
- Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret relevant documents.

Clinic Manager
We are looking for a motivated, operationally-oriented, and outcomes-focused leader to join our team as a Clinic Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects of our outpatient facility. Your key responsibilities will include building and leading a diverse team, working closely with physicians, ensuring excellent patient outcomes, and staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, capable of working independently, and have strong management and computer skills. A minimum of a BSN degree and either 12 months of experience in dialysis management or 5 years in dialysis with 12 months of management experience are required. Additionally, a current RN state license is mandatory.
